Radioplayer is changinghas changed! We have spent the last couple of few years working on a modern replacement of the old, single territory infrastructure to move to a centralised, federated cloud-based platform shared by all our territory partners. This will allow us to develop new features more quickly and provide you with a faster, more reliable platform , built for the future.

The aim of this document is to describe two components of Radioplayer Cloud:

  • The station management application

  • The station information ingestor

Station Management

We will migrate all All your users, stations, and podcasts will be migrated over to the new system. We will create new user accounts based on your email address; each user will receive a notification and a link they can follow to set their password and then log into the system.

To access the system you navigate to:

Where you You will be able to enter your email address and passwords password to log ininto the above site.

Managing your stations

All your stations will be available to manage from this interface. We have migrated all station information, including your station imagery and streams. One difference now is that all stations in the system will be identified by a universal Radioplayer ID, which is an expansion of your existing RPID to take account of the country from which you broadcast. Your new station ID number is known as a Radioplayer Unique ID or RPUID.

When you log in you will see all your stations and podcasts available via the menu on the left hand side of the page. More There is more detailed information on how to use the system is available in the this Station Management User Guide. However, for now there is nothing further for you to do , until you have some changes to make to your stations.
